So I'm about to go and register at one of these places but I can't decide which one. Which one should I choose? Let me know if there are more stores by you or you just like one better than the other.Linens 'n Things or Bed Bath and Beyond?
I think that BBB has more high end items, as well as having the things that LNT has. So I'd go with BBB. I have also heard that they will give you cash back for returns, which is desirable for some people.Linens 'n Things or Bed Bath and Beyond?
You should select the store that has more of what you want. I find bed, bath and beyond to be more expensive than Macys sales. Is there a Macys near you?
we looked at both on line and we liked bed bath and beyond better!
we registered at target and bed bath and beyond. i went ahead and registered at linen and things also on the on-line regsistety just in case because i heard you should have three.
I did bed, bath and beyond... but the bedding set I like is at Linens and things... so I'll probably just return something someone buys me at bed and bath and go buy my comforter set at LnT.
I think they're both great. But BBB has tons of kitchen stuff. Compare the two and compare prices.
look at both places first and then go to the one that has the most things you like from there. Nothing is wrong with using both places though.
I'd choose Bed Bath %26amp; Beyond, because in my neck of the woods, there are more stores then Linens 'n' Things. I think it would be more convenient for guests. But you should consider which is more easily accessible for your guests.
BB%26amp;B is my preference- they have fine china and crystal, too, and I'm not sure if Linens and Things offers those items.
We went with Bed, Bath and Beyond (and Crate and Barrel) because, honestly, I tend to think of BBB before I'd think of Linen's and things...and I think most people are similar. Another suggestion for you to think about-- it gets really, really complicated when you register at 2 stores that have similar things (trust me, I'm running into this problem myself) just my two cents-- I'd just pick one, because you'll likely end up with similar things on both registries.
I'm figuring that out right now as well. I was going to go with Crate %26amp; Barrel or Pottery Barn, but I figured it would put people off so I just looked at Bed, Bath %26amp; Beyond and it's a pretty happy medium for me. There's one right down the street %26amp; I see them everywhere I go. For what I need, I think BBB has more options than Linens.
i think both
Bed Bath and Beyond
You can get about the same things at both. Find out which one has the bedding or dishes that you want that may not be at the other. Look for the big stuff. Then register at whichever one has what you want.
do both.
thats what i did.
I would do both of them! More gifts, ya know! ;-) But seriously, that way people will have a lot to choose from. Make sure you have a wide range of priced things that you like from like 1.99 - 1000.00 so people can pick and choose!
We registered at Linens n Things because of their return policy. They also had a great selection of the things we wanted to register for. We also registered at Kohls because we love Laura Ashley towels. Also, something to think about is do all of your guests have access to either one or both? If Linens n Things is available to some and Bed Bath and Beyond available to others, you may want to register at both. Just be sure not to cross register. If you do you'll either get doubles of things or you'll have to be sure to call each store and let them know when you've received something.
Bed Bath and Beyond - more frequent ';20% off'; coupons sent in the mail for your friends and family to use - or for you when completing your registry!
We chose BB%26amp;B...it had the dishes, flatware, towels, and everything else we wanted, but we also registered at Home Depot. Pick which ever one you like the best and then register somewhere else as well for other types of things.
