Bath and Body Works requires late nights (11:30pm many nights during the holidays and 1am-3am for floorsets) and long shifts with minimal breaks (a half hour break for an eight hour shift...).





It is easier on the company to not have to worry about child labor laws and only hire 18+. Let's them take full advantage of their employees...How old do you have to be to work at bed bath and body works?
In most states you must be sixteen to work anywhere unless you apply for a special permit that allows you to work at 15. You would have to ask the specific store you want to work at what their policies are - just ask when you go to pick up an application. Some places may even require you to be 18.
