If you go to the store, go to the customer service desk and tell them you need to buy an item from the registry (you need to know the bride or grooms name and when they wedding is and possibly where) they will print the list for you. Then go pick out the items. When the cashier scans the items, give them the registry which they will scan. Once they scan the registry and the items, it will show up as fulfilled on the registry.
