they are nearly the same, they carry a lot of the same products too
I actually had really good luck at JC Penney, I moved into a new place and needed curtains and comforters. Their products are better made than BBB or Linens and things. The drapes I got were in really heavy good quality fabric and the tailoring/detail was much nicer than what I saw at the other places, and better priced.
For window curtain/panels I would check out JcPenney home if you have one in your area!!!! I was just looking for some myself and found that JCPenney has a wide variety at a VERY good price. THey have a lot of sales and coupons. My second choice was Bed Bath and Beyond
If you decide you want to purchase from Linen's N Things you can get an additional 1.5% off if you purchase online. Considering most of them do price matching, it's an extra 1.5% that Linen's N Things discounts.
I think it is about the same. They both except the others coupons and I believe they do price matching.
