At Bed Bath and Beyond or other retail store what was your worst customer service?

My worst experience was at Macy's... I got accused of attempted shoplifting, I really had not done anything at all, I think the security guy in the camera room got two people mixed up. So I was very nice, told them they could search me, my bag, my purse, no problem (I hadn't even left the store). They did search me completely for a stolen pair of pants, ok, so it's not like I could hide it somewhere dark! LOL





They STILL wouldn't let it go even after they knew I had nothing stolen on me... I finally said call the police, I want to report your asses for kidnapping charges. I really said that. The security lady just rolled her chair back and sat there with her mouth open, and I got up and walked out.At Bed Bath and Beyond or other retail store what was your worst customer service?
My worst CSR experience was at a Target store with an M%26amp;I Visa gift card problem. They charged the VISA gf for the money and then stated that I didnt have enough cash on the card and tried charging it twice. The cashier and managers were looking at me as if I was lying and treating me as if I didnt know what I was talking about and just trying to take advantage. I was so mad but to prove my point, I called the gf hotline and the lady told the cashier and the manager that the money was there but they overcharged me. I left the products, told the bank to cancel the transaction and have not bought anything from there AGAIN.
