Do any body know much it cost to remodel a 3 bed and 2 bath house?

A fortune unless you do all the work yourself. With house prices in the toilet all over the place, I'd seriously consider buying a house in good shape rather than pouring good money into a second-rate house that is losing value. We could be facing several years of declining home values.
