Is Bed Bath and Beyond worth working at for a year in order to have retail experience?

I got called for a second interview, which I was looking online to see if anyone knew what it involved, and I found numerous blogs saying how much it sucks to work at BB%26amp;B...is this true?

And does anyone know what they pay per hour?Is Bed Bath and Beyond worth working at for a year in order to have retail experience?
I own a resume writing service and deal with a large variety of job types.

Retail is a tough area of work which is why you will find many blogs complaining about BB%26amp;B or any retail establishment. You have to work long hours, evenings, weekends, and holidays. If you want to be in retail BB %26amp;B might be a good starting point. Wages depend on the area of the country. Here is an average payscale: http://www.payscale.com/research/US/Empl鈥?/a>
